Terms of Use

Just In Time Analysis ("JITA") provides educational publications, decision-intelligence learning materials, protected readers, and related digital services. By creating an account, using the website, purchasing a product, or accessing protected content, you agree to these Terms.

Account requirement

A JITA Account is required for paid purchases, protected course access, receipts, entitlements, and release notifications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account.

License and intellectual property

A purchase grants the authenticated purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased JITA digital publication. It does not transfer ownership of JITA content, source materials, publication design, methods, trademarks, or intellectual property. Republishing, sharing credentials, redistributing files, scraping protected content, or circumventing access controls is prohibited.

Product changes

JITA may correct, update, replace, or improve digital publications over time. Certification authorities, technologies, products, objectives, and exam requirements can change independently of JITA.

Acceptable use

Users may not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, automate extraction of protected content, impersonate another user, misuse notifications, or use JITA services unlawfully.

Electronic transactions

You consent to conducting account creation, purchase, policy acceptance, receipts, and related transactions electronically.

No-Refund Policy

All JITA digital course and publication purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

JITA products provide digital access associated with the purchaser's authenticated account. Because digital educational content can be accessed immediately after entitlement is granted, JITA does not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, failure to use the product, exam scheduling changes, exam results, certification retirement or modification, or a purchaser's change in study plans.

If JITA duplicates a charge, fails to provide purchased access after reasonable technical remediation, or applicable law requires a refund, contact JITA support so the transaction can be reviewed.

This policy is displayed before checkout and must be acknowledged before payment.

Privacy Policy

JITA currently uses account information needed to authenticate users, associate purchases and entitlements, provide receipts, manage release notifications, operate support, secure the service, and maintain platform records.

Information processed

• Name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account metadata.
• Orders, purchased products, payment status, receipt references, entitlements, and learning-access records.
• Notification preferences and support communications.
• Security and operational information reasonably necessary to prevent abuse and maintain the platform.

Payment data

Payment processing is performed by Stripe. JITA should not store full payment-card numbers in its application database. Stripe's own privacy and payment terms govern payment information processed by Stripe.

Data security

JITA uses authenticated access, server-side authorization, and data-access controls designed to prevent one customer from accessing another customer's account information.

Data disclosures

JITA may disclose information to service providers that operate the platform, process payments, provide hosting, authentication, email, security, or legal/compliance services, and when disclosure is required by law.

Contact and requests

Privacy questions or account-data requests may be submitted through JITA's Contact page. Additional rights may apply depending on the user's jurisdiction and whether particular privacy laws apply to JITA.

Educational & Certification Disclaimer

JITA provides independent educational and decision-intelligence materials. JITA is not Microsoft, Scrum.org, PMI, IIBA, ServiceNow, or another certification authority unless explicitly stated otherwise, and is not endorsed by those organizations merely because their technologies, products, or certification objectives are discussed.

Certification objectives, exam content, products, interfaces, pricing, availability, and policies can change. Learners should verify current authoritative requirements with the applicable certification or technology owner.

JITA does not guarantee that use of a publication will result in passing an examination, receiving a certification, obtaining employment, receiving a promotion, or achieving a particular financial or professional result.

PFI and other JITA analytical platforms are educational and informational tools. They are not banking services, investment advisers, lenders, credit-decision engines, legal advisers, tax advisers, or financial advisers.

Course & Exam Notifications

Users may choose to receive JITA notifications about watched publications, new courses, certification/exam developments, and related JITA educational content. Notification preferences are associated with the user's authenticated account and should provide a reasonable method to unsubscribe or stop watching.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and JITA transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms waives consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
