Information JITA collects

JITA may collect account information, email address, authentication state, purchase records, entitlement records, cart activity, contact form submissions, notification interests, Reader progress, bookmarks, notes, and technical usage data needed to operate the service.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. JITA does not store full payment-card numbers on the JITA website.

How information is used

JITA uses information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, grant access, display purchase history, operate the Reader, provide support, manage notifications, protect the platform, and improve the learning experience.

User-entered Reader data

Bookmarks, notes, and progress are stored so the signed-in user can return to learning material. User-owned Reader data is isolated by account permissions and row-level security.

Sharing

JITA does not sell user conversations, Reader notes, or account learning history to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, security, analytics, or support providers.

Security

JITA uses account authentication, private storage, entitlement checks, short-lived access URLs, row-level security, and operational controls to protect paid learning access and user-owned account data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
