Acceptance of terms

By using Just In Time Analysis or purchasing JITA Learning material, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.

Educational access product

JITA Learning provides educational digital publications, study support, Reader tools, notes, bookmarks, search, and account-based access features. JITA is not an official certification authority and does not issue third-party certifications.

Account-based access

Purchased learning material is licensed for access by the purchasing account only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You may not share your account, bypass access controls, resell access, scrape content, or redistribute protected publication material.

Intellectual property

All JITA platform code, design, publication structure, text, Reader workflows, metadata, and related content are protected intellectual property of Just In Time Analysis unless otherwise stated. Purchasing access does not grant a right to copy, download, reproduce, publish, sell, train models on, or distribute JITA content.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before checkout. All sales are final once digital access is granted, except where required by law or where JITA determines there was a duplicate charge, proven unauthorized/fraudulent transaction, or technical fulfillment failure that JITA cannot resolve.

Acceptable use

You may use JITA for personal learning and professional development. You may not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, test another user's access, reverse engineer protected logic, or use automation to extract protected content.

No guarantee of results

JITA does not guarantee exam passage, certification issuance, employment outcomes, financial outcomes, investment results, business outcomes, or any specific professional result.
