Refund Policy
JITA purchases are final once account-based digital access is granted.

All sales are final
JITA sells account-based access to digital learning publications and related Reader features. Once access is granted to a purchased publication, the sale is final and JITA does not offer voluntary refunds.
What you are purchasing
A purchase provides access for the purchasing JITA account to view the selected digital publication through the JITA Reader. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the PDF file, source files, platform code, publication text, layout, images, metadata, or other intellectual property.
No refund policy
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that the purchase is final and non-refundable once digital access is granted.
Limited exceptions
JITA may correct or reverse a transaction only when required by law, when there is a duplicate charge, when a transaction is proven unauthorized or fraudulent, or when JITA is unable to provide the purchased digital access after reasonable support attempts.
Access issues
If you completed payment and cannot access your purchased publication, contact support before initiating a dispute so JITA can verify the order, entitlement, account email, and Reader access state.
